The Theatre Of The Mind

Rakshitha

All of us are born with a choice presented with a powerful ammunition that we can either train to transform our lives or continue living in a constant vicious cycle of mediocrity. Our minds are more powerful than we sometimes comprehend, it is capable of achieving wonders,  but often enough, varied degrees of complacency and fear can hold us back rather unknowingly. A conscious effort in the right direction which primarily consists of acknowledging the power and vitality of the mind in our day to day lives followed by great deals of trust, hope, drive and perseverance can make oneself comprehend that there is literally nothing unachievable when one puts their mind to it. It all depends on the way that we mold it.
To some, a mind is a temple so holy and so pristine, held upright by faith, all calm and solemn. To some, it helps them escape by entering a world of fascination and imagination, exploring a world of unknowns, completely unrestricted, unlike reality. To a certain lot of people, it’s where their demons hide, it’s the only place where they can rebel and stand up for themselves and have a voice of their own. To others, it is where their dreams go wild with no impediment, it is where ‘no’ is not really a choice; it is where happiness thrives bountifully. To a few, the golden ones in the crowd are those who don't stop digging when they reach gold and thrive hard until they reach platinum. For them, their mind is their euphoria. It serves as a golden key in transforming their vivid, ginormous and terrifying dreams into reality by granting time, allowing the drive to thrive and letting failure be nothing but stepping stones in their ladder to obtuse success.
The mind can sometimes serve as a hindrance since it can easily turn into a dandelion floating away in any direction; the wind takes it which might not always be the best path but when rooted with a steady path to undertake, it leads to a never-ending array of glee. A well-trained mind, when utilized under gruelling situations with the required skill set and a definite plan, can be exactly what differentiates a winner from a normal man. Procrastination and self-hypnosis to making ourselves believe that our oft-repeated excuses for not pursuing our passion are valid enough, sadly do not justify living an under accomplished life. It is not worth spending our lives in a cocoon terrified of how people would reconcile our wings and our ability to fly. Sprinkling love, confidence and hard work into our monotonous schedules gives us a new lease on life that could work a magic by turning it charming enough.
Sometimes all we require is a little push, a gentle reminder that we're strong enough to bounce back when we fall since all the world is a bouncy trampoline and a profound, in-depth feeling of being able to do anything we direct and draft carefully, propels us to conquer the greatest obstacles our mind can foresee. Let’s coach our brains to not be confined by the walls we build ourselves and let it change our lives forevermore for the better. Let’s work on training our minds and directing our thoughts with a positive outlook to end up producing the best movie that we can possibly ever cogitate. Let’s look to each day to bring us a treat of sheer ecstasy and joy rather than see it a grim countdown to our pale shadow confined in a coffin.
